I am recruiting on behalf of my client who are based in the Bromsgrove area. They are currently recruiting for experienced Inbound Customer service Executives to work in their offices in Bromsgrove.

The Role
The Call Centre Advisor is telephone based and is responsible for providing quick and efficient handling of any 'After Sales' matters raised by the end user (the Consumer) or trade partners (Service Agents, Distributors and Third Party Clients) by telephone and by email within company policy.

Essential Requirements:
Excellent telephone manner and able to communicate effectively across all levels.
Must have Accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
Self-motivated & resilient with a positive outlook and willing to rise to the challenge.
Driver due to location.

Answering Inbound Calls:
Verify Product by logging 'The Call'.
Based on Model Type, Model Number and Serial Number.

Accurate Entering of Data:
Enter perceived 'Fault' as described by Customer in Call-2-Field software.

'Soft Service' Question & Answer Session:
Establish a true Fault with the Consumer to determine the appropriate action.
Utilising a series of Trouble Shooting Questions.

Initiating sending 'The Call' to an Engineer:
Using Call-2-Field software & Postcode Look-up to select Engineer for Area.
Using Call-2-Field software & Postcode Look-up to select Engineer for Skill Set.
Emailing 'The Job Sheet' to the Engineer if appropriate.

Technical Enquiries from both Trade and Consumers:
Product User Instruction Manuals - queries on Use.
Spare Part identification.

Returning Calls to Consumers and Partners:
Effectively responding to enquiries and validating information.

Monitoring Field Activity 'The Calls' through Reporting.

Follow-up on 'The Calls' through Reporting.

General follow-up activity and administration as and when required.

Hours of Work
9.00am till 5.00pm Monday to Friday
30 minutes Lunch Monday to Thursday, 1 hour on a Friday.
