We are currently recruiting for a number of Service Administrators for our client based in Nottingham.
* To liaise with customers on the phone and via email to arrange service visits and reactive call outs.
* Utilising there database to complete all invoicing for your customers' accounts (full training will be provided).
* Scanning and filing paperwork and updating records as required.
* Ordering equipment for the team when required.
* Producing quotes for customers following maintenance visits and reactive works in a timely fashion.
* Answering general enquiries over the phone and email.
* Secondary Education
* Experience of liaising with customers via the phone, email or face to face is essential.
* Experience of using Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
* Experience of working in an office environment is desirable.
* Experience of using a database is desirable, but not essential to the role, as full training is provided.
