This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Financial Institutions as a Service Consultant on a temporary basis in Swindon with Possible Perm opportunity

Start date: ASAP
Rate: �8.45 per hour
Hours: 35-hour week with flexible shifts falling between 6am - 10pm Monday- Sunday.

Overview of the role:

Speaking to customers on the telephone requires an exceptional level of service, as you will be helping them to manage their finances. You will be required to ensure that every customer interaction has a positive outcome - so making sure you do the right thing for our customers is paramount to our clients success. Whether you're supplying them with account information or processing an overdraft request, you'll need to think about the bigger picture for customers and how you can help them more; by discussing other products or services they may benefit from and give them an opportunity to discuss these needs further with a colleague.

Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to make & explain decisions clearly, computer literate.

Experience: Customer service experience is desirable.

*This is potentially a TEMP-PERM opportunity*
This is a 35-hour week with flexible shifts falling between 6am - 10pm Monday- Sunday.
(For example, 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm or 10am-7pm, 12-8pm or 2-10pm)
Candidates can expect to work 8 in 12 weekends on average but shifts are provided with 12 weeks' notice. The working hours for the initial training period will be 9am-5pm Mon-Fri.

NO HOLIDAY CAN BE TAKEN IN THE FIRST 6 WEEKS OF STARTING DUE TO ESSENTIAL TRAINING THAT CANNOT BE MISSED.
