Adecco are currently looking for a Security Officer to work within a Local Authority based in Ealing.

The Security Officer will be required toSIA Driver (out of hours).
An SIA registered security officer and driver is required to accompany Noise and Nuisance Officers during night shifts (shifts run until 2am on weeknights and until 5am on Friday and Saturday nights).
Candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a full UK driving license and show an ability to undertake additional administrative tasks. They may occasionally be required to produce witness statements and appear as a witness in court.

Corporate Facilities Security provides a professional security service to in-scope buildings on the corporate estate. Key to this service is the provision of trained and qualified Security Officers responsible for supporting a customer focused safe and secure environment for staff, visitors and service users.

The Night Security Officer role is responsible for providing out-of-hours security presence in the building and a mobile key-holding alarm response service to outer sites that are in-scope of the service. Such work will require undertaking rotational night shift work. Due to the nature of the service, there is an expectation that post holders have a flexible approach to and be responsive to changing operational and business requirements affecting their deployment to meet the service needs. Activities of a Night Security officer may vary from undertaking control of building access, performing internal and external building patrols, responding to outer site alarm notifications and undertaking security patrol checks and dealing with security or emergency incidents.
