My client, a national family run business, is looking for a vibrant, energetic Sales Support Co-ordinator.
The purpose of this role is to support a sales team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Supporting the external sales team
* Taking orders from clients over the telephone and via email
* Communicating with clients regarding deliveries
* Ordering stock from suppliers
* Raising quotations and sales proposals
Qualifications and Skills:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A positive attitude
* Experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous
