Responsibilities

●Achieve sales targets and overall business goals through the establishment, maintenance and improvement of business relationships and market knowledge within a designated territory
●Raise the profile of company within the designated sales territory and/or key accounts
●Win new business, either directly or through partners
●Proactively identify, target, chase and secure attractive business opportunities
●Identify, manage and track all opportunities within a geographic margin centre in line with the territory plan and build relationships with prospective customers and influencers
●Seek and establish market knowledge, competitor activity, customer activity and action in line with commercial policy
●Be proactive in promoting the full product range (cross promotion) to all customers
●Fully utilise CRM
●Provide solutions for customers from internal and external sources
●Attend customer entertainment/visits and site visits as required
●Take an active part in creating and maintaining the forward order book (FOB)
●Investigate and update customer price queries
●Develop own performance through learning and development activities including coaching
