Adecco Sheffield are currently recruiting a Sales / Purchase Ledger for a long standing business within Chesterfield.

This is an ongoing temporary position to cover an extremely busy period for the accounts department of the company.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

·  Using Sage 200

·  Speaking to clients / customers

·  Checking invoicing

·  Generating coding

·  Reconciling statements

·  Reconciling delivery notes to invoices

·  Ensuring VAT has been included on invoices

·  Chasing outstanding debt

·  Providing creditors with VAT receipts

This is a part time position, 20 - 25 hours a week spread over 3-4 days.

There is an immediate start available for this position.
