Job Description
Adecco Chelmsford are currently recruiting for a Customer Service / Order Processor on behalf of a rapidly expanding client based in Chelmsford. Working in an industrial style office on the outskirts of Chelmsford, this remote location would suit an experienced administrator who can take ownership and responsibility of their workload.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Processing orders via both telephone and email
* Creating bespoke quotations for commercial clients
* Ensuring the smooth coordination of deliveries by liaising with colleagues and external parties
* Processing and sending order confirmations
* Tracking deliveries
* Liaising with customers regarding deliveries to ensure outstanding customer service is delivered
* Working with couriers to organise and manage deliveries
* General administrative support
Candidate Profile
* Happy working in a small team
* Confident, 'can do, will do' approach to their work
* A desire to help and resolve issues
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Take ownership of workload as solely responsible for the role
* Able to demonstrate previous administration and customer service experience
* Sole usage of a vehicle is essential due to location
