My client is seeking a Sales Order processor to work in their business to record incoming orders.
Shifts are a mixture of start/ finish times : either 7:30am to 4pm or 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Also Saturdays 8am to 12noon on a rota system approx 1 in 3.
The Role
Your main duties will include
� Sales Order Processing - Taking and accurately processing sales orders for all divisions of the company.
� Quotations - Producing specific customer quotes in line with company pricing policy and following up to a satisfactory conclusion.
� Management of accounts.
� Customer Complaints - Dealing with customer returns, quality issues and general complaints ensuring the customer's needs are met through to credit note stage, at all times in line with company policy.
� Liaising With Stock Control - Continually advising stock control and purchasing of excess stock demands, over stocked, out of stock or low stock items.
� Sales - ringing current clients and advising of any offer and promotions the company have.
The Candidate
Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Order processor / Account Manager. Your experience will include
� Previous experience working within a B2B environment.
� May suit a candidate who has experience within catering and food.
� Experience of answering queries via phone and email relating to goods and services.
� Proven ability to build, develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
� A "can-do" attitude to ensure delivery of the highest service to all customers.
� A team player with the ability to actively participate within the team and lead by example, acting in a professional manner at all times to encourage respect from colleagues
� Proven ability to perform under pressure.
� Self-motivated and energised.
� Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
