I am currently recruiting for a reputable family run business based in Manchester City Centre who is looking for a Sales Order Processing Administrator to join the team.
This is a permanent full time role the working week is - Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Duties
-Managing the process of key accounts which can vary from large national customers to the SME market.
-Ensuring that delivery dates are adhered to and that the accounts run smoothly and efficiently by working with the warehouse team.
-Understanding the accounts you deal with and improving and evolving them where necessary
-Extensive involvement with stock availability and allocation teams
-Involvement in other administrational tasks such as investigations and creation of credit notes
-Creating pro forma invoices and dealing with payments whilst communicating progress to the customer appropriately and in a timely manner
-Supporting sales agents with processing and report creation for management
-Working towards KPI's
What we are looking for
-Experience working in an sales administration environment (FMCG essential)
-Microsoft package - Expert Excel skills including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables
-Experience working with Microsoft Navision
-Experience working with national clients and also SME Businesses.
-Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional manner
-The ability to work under pressure and produce accurate work to deadlines
