Our client, a leader within their growing industry, has a rare opportunity for a Sale Office Coordinator to join their friendly team on a full time, permanent basis.
The role will involve providing administrative support to the Sales Manager and the Field Sales staff to ensure smooth running of the office.
You will be responsible for processing sales orders, providing quotations, pro-actively following up on quotation requests, managing customer accounts whilst dealing with customer queries or complaints and working closely with internal departments to ensure all orders are despatched accurately and on time.
The successful candidate will have a background in an administrative role within a busy sales office or manufacturing environment; along with great attention to detail and a bubbly resilient personality
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Holiday entitlement rises to from 20 to 25 days after 1 years service plus Bank Holidays
