Then this could be the role for you….

Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen within our clients small yet dynamic Sales Office in Tewkesbury. The role will involve working closely with the Sales Office Manager to facilitate all aspects of an office environment.

The ideal applicant will have an excellent telephone manner and be computer literate, office experience is necessary but additional training will be given.

Key tasks are as follows:

Sales order entry and invoicing
General filing, archiving, photocopying, faxing and scanning
Handling of incoming calls, emails, liaise with customers and carriers
Shipping of goods
Liaise with goods in / out
Replenishing of stock
Other duties within the role will evolve as training and guidance is given.
This is a full time permanent position working 8:30 - 5:00 Monday to Friday with an annual holiday allowance of 25 days.
