Responsibilities:
Meeting with clients and assessing their particular needs
Register and manage applicants
Arrange and attend viewings
Canvass for new business opportunities
Liaise with solicitors
Key Skills:
Excellent negotiating skills and rapport building skills
good time management and ability to prioritise workload
Excellent telephone manner and client facing skills
Flexible approach to work and hours undertaking
Microsoft Office and Excel to a good level
