The Job:
You'll be a key point of contact for customers, handling product and order enquiries through to delivery. This will involve:
* producing quotations, order entry and order progression throughout the manufacturing process as well as entering any changes to existing orders.
* Liaising with the Logistics team re delivery dates and subsequent customer updates.
* Ensuring customer aftercare issues are resolved and relevant information entered onto the CRM system.
What we're looking for:
* A confident communicator both written and verbally.
* Enthusiastic, positive with a 'can do' attitude!
* Demonstrate previous Customer Service experience with a strong Customer-focus.
* Good computer skills including MS Office(Word & Excel) and Outlook.
* A high attention to detail and a desire to get things right!!
* GCSE or Equivalent Maths and English grade C or above.
