My Manufacturing Client is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their expanding Customer Service Team based in Stoke on Trent.

Purpose of the Role
To liaise directly with the clients customers/potential customers via the telephone and via email.
Process customer orders, resolve customer queries, manage deliveries, handle complaints and process credit/debit notes.
Internally interact and build relationships with a number of departments including Finance, Logistics, Planning, Purchasing and Commercial.
Qualifications
Educated to GCSE standard which should include Maths, English and Science preferably
Required Competences
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
Strong IT skills including MS Word and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Ability to work within a team.
Ability to solve complex customer related problems.
Ability to work independently.
A good knowledge of Excel and the Manufacturing Industry would be a huge benefit
