We are working with a well established organisation that is offering a rare opportunity for someone to join their fun-loving team; this will be a new role to the company that will allow the right candidate the opportunity to make this role their own! The company is based in a modern office environment on the outskirts of Maidstone with free parking on site.
This is a varied and interesting role that will include you building relationships with clients as well as providing supportive administrative duties. They are looking for a candidate with a strong initiative and an adaptive nature, and in turn, they will offer full training to new starters and allow the opportunity to gain exposure to what could be a new industry!
Duties:
Supporting the teams' administrative duties
Logging client enquiries
Allocating work across teams
Building long lasting relationships with businesses to promote products
Analysing your processes in order to develop your own growth
Working to key targets
Using internal systems to log data accurately

The ability to use your own initiative in order to sustain success
Confident user of MS Office applications (specifically excel)
Developed organisational skills and methodical approach to work
The ability to work accurately
