The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the internal Sales Team and Claims Team. You will research and provide feedback regarding competitor activity , collate and analyse management information regarding sales and claims referrals. Provide administration support to the Account Managers and Claim Handlers when required. You will provide point of contact for any incoming queries or complaints and ensuring these are actioned appropriately. Promote the services of the claims team. You will also be actively involved in promoting mail shots to existing and new customers regarding current and new products and following up on promotional activity.

You will be required to have a flexible "can do" attitude, be self-motivated and willing to maximise personal contribution to the role. A strong commitment to customer services and service level agreements/targets. Effective and clear communication along with excellent telephone and listening skills.

Experience of working in a customer service environment and business administration environment is essential and also experience and knowledge of working in an insurance sales environment would be advantageous too.

At least 5 GCSE's at grades C or above to include English and Maths
CII Certificate of Insurance (or working towards)
