This role supports a Sales department within an Operational function. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to a busy Sales team within a global organisation.
The role:
*To provide full operational support for the Sales teams.
*Ensure sales are correctly processed by liaising with internal departments, and managing despatch of contracts & documentation.
*Prepare reports for Account Managers, handle customer calls, and generally assist the smooth running of the Operations team function.
*To ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job role.
*Liaise effectively daily by telephone with customers, consultants & account managers and assist with queries and enquiries.
This role requires:
