Job Description
Functional field of work:
•Collaborate sales team for order process related tasks.
•SAP, Great system operation with efficiency and accuracy.
•Contact external parties ( eg. Customer, inter-company vendors, Forwarders etc ) for purchasing , logistics and others relevant.
Nature of responsibilities :
1.Processing orders in the system based on the input from customers and salesmen.
2.Issuing purchase order s to inter-company suppliers and follow up customer deliveries, expedite with suppliers and communicate information to the customers.
3.Cooperation with inter-company suppliers, forwarders and customs agencies and responsible for import/export goods declaration and delivery.
4.Support warehouse monitoring and goods taken.
5.Monthly reporting-e.g. open billing , GR/IR clearing , etc.
6. Order related commercial tasks from time to time.
Requirements:
1. At least 3~5 years of related working experiences.
2. College graduated or above.
3. Good command of both spoken and written English.
4. Be able to work independently, communicate precisely and logically with internal and external parties.
5. Knowledge of Inco-term & good at logistic relatedworksand handle customs clearance.
6. Familiar withSAP /ERP system.
