Sales Administrator
Pay Rate: £9-9.23 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday
Location: Shepshed
Hours: 8.30am- 5pm
Contract: Temporary (opportunity for permanent role)

The role is to provide admin support to Estimators and to the Sales Team
· Coordinate orders accurately including associated administration when required.
· Creating Quotations
· Point of contact for all orders, up to point of dispatch.
· Develop relationships and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
· Ensure customers are kept informed and updated with any changes in the status of their orders.
· Coordinate customer queries and requests for information
Skills Required:
· Experienced in customer service delivery.
· Able to work under pressure.
· Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
· Highly organised with ability to prioritise.
· Able to work collaboratively.
· Experienced in using various I.T. systems and packages.
