We are currently recruiting for a superstar candidate to join our clients team. Predominantly the position is based in the procurement department however the role supports procurement, sales and accounts so it really is very varied. The duties will include:

* Liasing with the sales executives

* Processing invoices and investigating any queries

* Helping with planning with regards to deliveries and orders

* Associated administration relevant to the areas of support

*Quotes and proposal documents.

*Emails and writing letters.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Word, have a very high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Our client is a very fast paced environment within sales and we are looking for someone who can excel within a fast paced environment, can prioritise effectively and multi-task. You will have a cheery disposition and want to learn new skills. Although this is initially a sales support position, there is an opportunity for the right person to progress into business development/sales executive.
