Our established manufacturing company close to Colchester are looking for a Sales Administrator. You will be working in a small team of 2 and processing 50 orders per day.

·  Processing approximately 50 orders per day

·  Updating customers daily via all communication channels

·  Dealing with customer quotes and queries

·  Maintain good relationships with customers

·  Working closely with other departments

·  Clear customer accounts at the end of each month for invoicing

You will need to be proactive, can plan and organise your own workload.

Ideally you will come from a customer focused administration position within the manufacturing background.

Strong Microsoft, Excel and Outlook skills

Salary- £20,500 - £22,000 (dependant on experience)

Hours: 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday - 1 hour lunch

20 days' holiday +Bank holiday - increasing to 24 after longevity of service.
