We require a highly motivated, versatile administrator to work full-time as part of a team organising and processing training bookings.
The role of the administrator is to provide accurate and relevant advice to customers about our services, promptly recording customer information and processing orders.
Responsibilities
Organise and administer training bookings
Maintain database of customer information
Process sales orders and facilitate payments for online transactions
Develop customer relations with regular contact via phone/email
Issuing and follow up on quotations
Support other team members as necessary
Filing, document creation, general administration
Other duties as required
Competence
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications, database use and knowledge of Sage would be an advantage. Full training will be given if required.
Personal Skills
You should be able to work as part of team, be a strong communicator and have a confident telephone manner.
Essential Skills
Strong accuracy, numeracy and literacy are required. Must be computer literate.
