JOB TITLE - CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
SALARY - �8.50 PER HOUR / 22 PER ANNUM
LOCATION - HATFIELD
JOB DESCRIPTION
Adecco Welwyn Garden City are working with very exciting company based in Hatfield, they are currently looking for a customer service administrator to join their busy team. This position is available on a temp to perm basis.
Duties
*Meet and greet all visitors, deal with their requirements.
*Receive and sort all incoming post, and manage outgoing post plus recorded deliveries for collection.
*Register and collate staff details including induction packs and contracts.
*Chasing and collating timesheets and other outstanding paperwork.
*Conducting initial assessment of operative's skills and qualifications
*Processing registration forms
*Entering candidate and client details on the database. Also, inputting orders and placements. Constantly updating the recruitment database.
*Handling phone and email enquiries from candidates and clients.
*Coordinating timesheets and contract documentation.
*Assiting the Accounts Administrator when when required and covering holidays and absence. This includes payroll and invoicing.
*Ordering stationary and ink cartridges.
Job Requirements
*Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
*Be self-motivated
*Ability to work on your own initiative and be able to cope with changing environments
*Ability to prioritise and undertake multiple tasks
*Must be a team player
*Driving license
