An experienced Sales Office Administrator is required to work in a busy office to process customer orders via telephone or email, update accounts and the company's internal systems, create and receive purchase orders, be proactive with telesales, upsell and promote new business, liaise with customers and suppliers and update all relevant price information along with any other ad hoc admin duties
Key qualities:
*To be able work to all deadlines set on a daily basis
*Excellent customer service skills
*Impeccable telephone manner
*Basic computer skills
*Ability to prioritise workload
Hours: Mon to Fri 9am-5pm with 1 hour lunch each day.
