Job description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Support/Order Processor to join their team. The Ideal candidate would have previous data entry/ order processing experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Sage would be an advantage.

Main duties:
*Processing Sales Quotations &
Sales Orders by phone/fax and email

*Ensuring order pricing and required information is correct (Accuracy is key)

*Maintain pro-active communication with customers regarding order
confirmations/back-order status/Collection numbers etc..

*Liaison with shipping regarding special shipment requirements on orders

*Work closely with various internal departments e.g. purchasing and shipping; to log and track customer queries/back orders to ensure a timely response for our customers

*Liaise with customers regarding all aspects of customer service, order
discrepancies, shipping dates, order status, customer queries etc.

*To be able to work as part of a busy team and multi task between calls and orders etc..

*General Administration - Filing etc..
