Job Title: Sales Administrator
Salary: £18,000 - £ 22,000
Location: West Midlands

Exciting opportunity to join an established business in their West Midlands based internal UK dedicated team as an Sales Administrator.

About the Sales Administrator Role:

*Delivering excellent customer service
*Build strong professional relationships with prospects and clients
*Work closely with internal colleagues when delivering sales campaigns
*Update and manage information using the internal database / CRM system
*Order inputting in an accurate manner
*Assisting general office admin and call handling

About you as the Sales Administrator:

*Must have background at order processing and administration within MANUFACTURING AND ENGINEERING industries
*You will posses a professional phone manner, able to build rapport with clients in a friendly but professional manner
*Must have previous experience at Order Processing, Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
*IT Literate able to use the usual Office IT packages
*Excellent communication skills
