***FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY***

Our client based in East London who are leaders in their market for software solutions, are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

You will ideally have experience in a sales and office environment; familiarity with the education sector would be useful, although not essential.

Specific duties and responsibilities include the following:

- Process customer orders through administration processes
- Chase relevant paperwork and maintain end user contact through order process
- Maintain accurate customer records and subscription renewal dates
- Process and allocate sales leads generated from trade events
- Liaise with other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, able to work on own initiative and be fully conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
