Adecco Manchester are pleased to be recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join the Customer Service and Supply Chain department of a well known distribution business based in Stretford.

This role is paying an excellent £24'000-£27'000 depending on experience, plus benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established distributor which provides a diverse product base to a range of blue-chip organisations.

This role is ideally suited to someone who wants a varied role and is interested in learning both customer service and supply chain processes and responsibilities. You must be confident dealing with people on the phone and via email and be good at prioritising tasks and managing your own workload.

Full training will be provided for this role, we would encourage anybody with a strong, office-based customer service background to apply for this position even if you do not have experience carrying out the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

·  Log enquiries and customer details in Microsoft Dynamics AX

·  Process customer orders effectively and efficiently

·  Manage the customer issues log, investigate and resolve customer issues immediately,

·  Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer orders are satisfied on time, and if otherwise proactively provide delivery information and/or alternative solutions

·  Raise and monitor collections/returns to the Distribution Centre

·  Expediting orders, addressing non-conformance's to ensure stock availability is maintained and systems are updated

·  Booking deliveries from the supplier in to the warehouse - ensuring a smooth distribution of goods in

·  Managing the supplier order book

·  Actioning min/max level requirements

·  Monitoring, reviewing and managing slow or non-moving stock

·  Monitoring and reviewing shelf life of relevant products and taking corrective action

·  Maintaining trade agreement validity, effectively and efficiently

·  Monitoring, reviewing and managing imports including clearance, VAT, duty, payments and invoices

·  Obtaining and maintaining product documentation and certifications where required

·  Resolving price and invoice issues

·  Resolving internal & external purchasing issues quickly and efficiently

·  General administrative duties
