Do you have strong customer service and communication skills? Have you got the ability to grasp technical issues to advise with sales enquiries? Would you like to work for a growing company?
Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their growing business. This role requires the successful candidate to support customer enquiries and carry out administrative tasks for the Director.
Duties will include:
· Answer customer sales/support enquiries via telephone, e-mail and live chat
· Chase delivery issues with couriers
· Take customer orders and card payments via phone
· Deal with amendments to customer orders
· Liaise with Warehouse Supervisor on issues affecting order processing
· Prepare quotations and proforma invoices
· Carry our administrative tasks for the Director
· Chase missing purchase invoices for accounts
