Responsibilities:
*Creating invoices for all divisions and generating them onto accounts software.
*To provide support to operations in regards to workloads, paperwork and liaising with the sales team.
*To assist the accounts team with all forms of admin, data entry, payroll - opportunity to learn and take on extra responsibilities such as bank reconciliation, payments and more.
*Helping produce weekly budget reports for each division.
*General administration - answering phones, filing etc.
*Setting up new customers across all company systems.
Thorough training will be provided on all systems including: Sage 50,
Skills/Education:
Accounts admin experience essential
Good with numbers and strong attention to detail
Good communication and organisation skills
Systems:
Essential: Microsoft Word and Excel and SAGE
Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM
1 hour lunch
