Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a company as a Returns Administrator? In this role, they are looking for someone with excellent communication skills as well as computer skills, excel experience is essential.

This role will involve working with Intact Business system to identify new returns and update control spreadsheet to ensure quickest turnaround.

Liaison with customers and supplier via phone and e mail is a large part of this role so excellent communication skills are necessary together with ability to use persuasive language to encourage discounts/ credits from suppliers.

Must be able to cope with working in a fast paced environment with strict adherence to deadlines and targets.

Must be a team player able to multi task as cross training will be given on many roles.

Good sense of humour required as is the ability to get stuck in and help out where necessary.

Day to day tasks will include:

Returns -(liaising with suppliers to take back product and obtain relevant credits); items can be returned if faulty, client changed mind or sales person error. Sales person will be contacted by client, raise RMA on system, so need to review RMA daily and update control spreadsheet, to show progress on returns.

Faulty Goods- liaise with client to recover- take control of goods once arrived in w/h, check if damaged, organise supplier to collect and test for fault, liaise with client to update, recover credit from supplier pass to accounts to issue credit to client, updating control spreadsheets throughout.

Order Acknowledgement- checking emails from suppliers (customer admin) confirming purchase orders, to our PO's to ensure correct items ordered. Liaising with suppliers as necessary to identify and resolve issues. Inputting updates onto system via memos

Order Progressing -interrogating system to identify overdue orders, following up with suppliers to ensure orders are being progressed and what current delivery dates are- updating system accordingly.

As well as the above, general office duties as required.
