16 TO 18 HOURS THEN CHRISTMAS WEEK 29.5 HOURS

£8.50PH

TEMPORARY

My client is looking to recruit Retail Customer Service/Sales Assistants on a temporary basis to start ASAP as part of the Christmas Seasonal staff team.

Duties

·  Meeting and Greeting visitors and customers in a professional and friendly manner.

·  Professionally handling any queries or customer service requests from customers.

·  You will be approaching and speaking to customers in regards to a company survey that is done through parts of the day mixed with other duties.

·  Selling gift cards to customers using an IPAD

·  Training on the Customer service Desk so you understand the processes and how the team works.

·  Any other Customer Services duties as required within the role.

The Successful Candidate

·  Will need to be well presented and personable.

·  Have done a similar role previously.

·  Be available to start work immediately.

·  Able to commit to weekend work and shifts required.
