Retail Assistant

Location: Trafford Park

This isn't your standard Retail role as you'll be doing much more than standing behind a checkout!

Adecco are recruiting for the leading supplier of safety equipment and workwear. You will be working at the flagship store not only greeting customers and assisting them in store but dealing with clients and their accounts over the phone and email.

Don't worry if you don't know much about the health and safety industry or personal protective equipment (PPE) as a full training is provided.

Key responsibilities include:

·  Delivering outstanding levels of customer service when customers enter the store

·  Willing to learn new product information and become and expert in health and safety equipment.

·  Confident in speaking to clients over the phone and email. Discussing and up-selling products

·  Processing customer transactions and good Administration skills

Job Details:

·  Based in Trafford Park

·  Monday to Friday - 8.00am - 17.00pm. 40 Hours pw.

·  One Saturday in every four weeks 9.00am - 13.00pm

·  Immediate start

·  £10.90ph
