Adecco's established and successful Swansea team are currently looking to grow their ambitious, friendly team with Resourcing Administrator, in their established town centre office. You will be responsible for registering and building relationships with candidates and covering all aspects of administration.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confidence and enthusiasm is essential. Strong IT literacy and knowledge of MS Word and Excel is essential. A methodical and efficient approach to your work. An ability to remain calm when placed under pressure is also essential.
The successful candidate will: Be a natural 'people person' with bags of enthusiasm and confidence in communicating Be totally self-motivated and ambitious to smash performance targets through delivering outstanding service levels to candidates!
