I am currently recruiting for a great candidate to join a lovely team based in Liverpool.
The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of maintenance services through planning and monitoring work flow through the maintenance system. The role will be supporting the Service Hub as a Resource Planner and will use the inhouse CAFAM system Planon to triage reported jobs as they come into the Service Hub through the self-service portal, email and by phone.
Administration or customer service experience is desirable with a good understanding of IT skills including Microsoft packages. This is an ongoing temporary position with the potential to turn permanent.
Location: Liverpool
Pay: £15 per hour
Duration: Ongoing
Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am- 4.30pm (35 hours)
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be the conduit between tasks reported by customers and technicians and contractors who carry out the works. To achieve this, the role holder will be required to:
· Receive inbound phone calls through the service hub
· Operate the Planon CAFM system including data inputting
· Maintain contact with technicians
· Plan and programme maintenance tasks
· Monitor job queues and blockages
· Schedule materials and other resources
· Work with minimal supervision
· Maintain rotas for out of hours working
Each job is triaged individually by carefully reading the details of the job provided by the client. The job is then categorised using the predetermined fields using the guides available. The resource needed to complete the job is then logged against the job using the predetermined fields and user guides. The Job is then either issued to a contractor or released into are unallocated jobs pile for our in house maintenance team
The Service hub uses a systems thinking approach to delivering the reactive maintenance service. One of the key principles is CLEAN DATA, it is vital to this role that the data is imputed correctly. Full training will be provided and duties could change/ vary.
