An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Representations and Appeals Officer to work within a local organisation in East London. The main duties of employment will include:

- To provide customer facing parking services to the public in respect of the processing of Penalty Charge Notices and Civil Penalty Notices, including dealing with all enquiries in respect of the issue and processing of such Notices received

- To investigate and reply to all correspondence, representations and appeals arising from penalty charges, Civil Penalty Notices and vehicle removals

Experience with processing Penalty Charge Notices, as well as good customer service skills, is desirable
