Renewals and Lettings coordinator

Salary: £20k-£23k

Weekly Hours: Mon- Fri 37.5 hours per week between hours of 8.30am-5.30pm

Location: Brighton

We are working with a premier letting and Management Company based in the centre of Brighton to recruit for a Letting and renewals coordinator.

We are looking for ambitious new starters to join their busy and hardworking team who are self-motivated and personable with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

·  Ensuring that all the renewal offers and documentation are issued in

a timely manner.

·  Negotiating rental increases with residents & Authorising renewal offers with clients

and managers.

·  Keeping the in-house system updated with new rent information, tenancy agreements & all the renewal related communication.

·  Handling a large amount of calls and emails and being able to maintain high levels of standard of customer service as well as working with the company's supplier network and letting agents.

·  Prioritising daily tasks and workload and responding to all enquiries within company standards and timescales.

·  Creating and checking legal documents before issuing via DocuSign.

·  Ability to work with and recognise tenancy agreements, inventories, gas safety certificates, EPC'S, Electrical certificates etc.

·  Advertising Proprieties to high standard and well written descriptions.

·  Setting rent levels and providing supporting comparable evidence.

·  To arrange the entire letting process and ensure that move out evaluations are received in a timely manner and re-let works are actioned quickly to avoid delays.

·  To ensure that the company fees and cross selling opportunities are maximised.

·  Responsible for the receiving of card payments from applicants and residents, ensuring compliance with the company PCI policy.

·  Carry out prospective tenant initial assessment adhering to the company's reservation requirements.

·  Ensure the daily diary is updated and managing related admin.

·  Visiting Proprieties and taking on marketing details as and when required.

Skills

·  ARLA or NFOPP level 2/3 (preferred but not necessary requirement)

·  Admin or customer service experience required
