We recruit for RS Components in Corby and they look for Contact Centre Representatives to join their busy Customer Interaction Department. Please applied if you would like to be considered for the next recruitment drive.

Hours are 30 - 37.50 hours per week dependant on workload this will be shifts. Core opening hours are: Monday to Sunday 7am-10.30pm and you will be expected to work at least 1 in weekend in 4

Free tea and coffee and parking are provided

Your main duties to include:

* Handling customer enquiries via incoming telephone calls.
* Identifying and ordering spare parts/ accessories.
* Cross selling where applicable

You will have the below skills/experience:

* Possess strong communication skills - both verbally and written
* Be confident, and able to use own initiative
* Have a good attention to detail
* Be highly customer focused
* Be computer literate
* Be flexible
* Have a positive attitude
