FABULOUS OPPORTUNITY! A highly respected domiciliary care provider, which is owned by a Charitable Trust with profits going to charity, has an exciting opening for a Recruitment & Training Manager to join their Beaconsfield based team.

THE ROLE:

This is a varied and hands-on role where you'll be responsible for the whole recruitment process, from initial recruitment/marketing strategy through to interviewing and subsequent starter administration, as well as ensuring CQC compliance with all required documentation such as references and DBS checks.

You'll also be organising and delivering the Company's training covering mandatory Carer courses, induction training and skills gap analysis and liaison with Health and Social Care qualification providers.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

This is a role for a confident organiser with recruitment experience, who is happy working methodically, with attention to detail in a busy and very rewarding environment.

Ideally, you'll have gained some experience within the Care or Nursing sector and have some experience of delivering training/educational courses.

You'll also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills along with a good working knowledge of MS Office.
