My client is currently looking to recruit a Recruitment coordinator.

Role details:

To proactively promote the clients skills and employment services to a range of key stakeholders including but not limited to, unemployed job seekers, JCP work coaches and other (agreed) candidate/learner referral sources/partners to:

- Create sufficient stakeholder demand for places on pre-employment courses

-Directly and indirectly recruit unemployed adults onto pre-emplyment coures/programmes

To proactively create and coordinate cohorts of learners (clients) to meet and exceed set targets and KPI for:

-Leaner referrals and course starters

-Learners attending scheduled interviews

-Learners successfully transitioning into paid emplyment

Key areas of responsibility:

-Proactively, identify, recruit and refer sufficient volumes of unemployed candidates (learners) neccessary to at least meet company standards

-Provide clients and key stakeholders with appropriate and timely information advice and guidance and sifficient practical support/assistance to ensure that KPI targets are met.

-Ensure appropriate and timely liason with company colleagues to ensure your activities/actions fully support the companies strategic aims, business targets and operational priorities.

Person specification:

Fast paced varied role so candidate must be;

Excellent communicator

Natural rapport builder

Professional telephone manner

Motivated and able to use own intitiative

Previous experience working towards targets

GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above

Degree

Excellent organisational skills

Locations and Travel:

Full, clean driving license and access to a vehicle- must be flexible to work at various sites in the Liverpool region and at other sites in the north-west region.
