We are looking for multiple Recruitment Coordinators who will be working home- based around England and Wales to help support this project starting throughout November, December & January. This will be a fixed term until February 2021 at £19,000 per annum working 40 hours a week( Monday - Friday).

What to expect from the role as Recruitment Coordinator:

Your role will be to run virtual Welcome Events for candidates who have applied online to work on the Census 2021 project for The Office for National Statics.

You will be engaging with candidates virtually using an online platform (WebEx), to ensure that they have all the appropriate documentation to work for the Civil Service. In addition, you will be guiding them through the next stages of the on-boarding process and answering any questions they might have about the role they will be doing. On completion of the day's welcome events, you will connect with and support the wider operations team to ensure all candidates have been effectively updated in all relevant systems, and any issues escalated in real time. You will have access to virtual systems in order to 'meet' with your team.

For virtual recruitment events, you will be home based and will be provided with the relevant kit and recruitment packs in order to complete your role.
