A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a National Recruitment Consultancy within their branch in Central Chichester, working in an award winning team with vast experience in the local area.

This role is starting ASAP ideally on a temporary to permanent basis. The opportunity has arisen due to expansion and growth within the market and is to work alongside other experienced consultants on a desk that is well established.

The primary function of the Recruitment Coordinator role is to provide a high level of administrative and customer service support to the branch, in accordance with the needs of the business. Primarily supporting the temporary side of the business.

We are searching for individuals with excellent interpersonal and relationship skills coupled with the determination and tenacity to succeed. If you are looking to step into recruitment this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

·  Identifying and evaluating employers' recruitment needs.

·  Interviewing potential candidates.

·  Reviewing applications, managing interviews and considering candidates and shortlists.

·  Building and maintaining candidate and clients relationships though telephone dialog and face to face to meetings.

·  Take responsibility for the issue and collation of time sheets on a weekly basis
Manage weekly payroll, in a timely fashion whilst ensuring the data entered is accurate and compliant
