The Recruitment Coordinator is a crucial role in the team to provide administrative across the team supporting all recruitment activities and events on our clients site. The recruitment coordinator requires someone who is highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoys variety and working in a fast paced administrative support role. The successful candidate will need to work across a varied range of activities and be adaptable to the demands

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Co-Ordinator role. The role is to support with the on-site operation at our client site.

As a Recruitment Co-ordinator your duties will include:

·  Sourcing and interviewing candidates

·  Obtaining references and new starter information

·  Organising inductions of new employees

·  Daily planning / booking / management of temporary work force

·  Reporting directly to the Accounts Manager

An ideal Recruitment Co-ordinator will hold the following skills:

·  Previous experience in Industrial / Contract recruitment preferred however not essential

·  Excellent communication skills

·  Customer service skills

·  High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

·  Flexible and adaptable approach to work

·  Ability to work under pressure

·  Excellent organisation and planning skills
