Job Spec:
-Preparing employee packs
-Updating & maintaining spreadsheets & HR systems
-issuing reference requests
-new joiner enrolment administration
-work experience administration
-booking and conducting induction meetings
-producing monthly headcount report
-all other administrative duties where required
Person Spec:
-Excellent communication & organisation skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-computer literate and competent with Microsoft packages
-able to build relationships
-recruitment and or/ recruitment admin experience
