Our client base is growing at a rapid rate and you will be joining us at the early stages of growth and expansion which is why were are now seeking a talented individual to help drive the business forward and become an integral part of the team with the potential for further career progression

We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join the team and provide high levels of support to enable the business to move forward whilst at the same time enhancing the individuals career prospects within the business.

Responsibilities will include:

·  Create and optimise client job adverts for job boards & other advertising campaigns

·  Inputting new client & candidate details into our in house database

·  Resourcing to develop an active pipeline of compliant candidates

·  Liaise with clients and candidates to confirm assignment details

The Requirements:

·  Resourcing or other service industry or data management experience

·  Excellent organisational skills

·  Excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner

·  Any recruitment specific experience is preferable not essential.
