Adecco's client are seeking a Recoveries Administrator on a permanent basis.
We are looking for someone to support the Recoveries Manager and Recoveries Co-ordinator in ensuring the efficient running of the department. The primary function of the Recoveries Department is to secure sums due from non-performing and seriously impaired Hire Purchase and Leasing Agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
*To deal with all customer calls in a friendly and professional manner.
*Assessing the viability of novation requests from clients, by analysing successor company's financial strength from a variety of sources (i.e. balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, personal net worth statements, credit reference agencies, HM Land Registry etc).
*Negotiating with new prospects over additional collateral and security to underpin novation requests.
*Liaising with solicitors, accountants and insolvency practitioners to ensure the timely return of Deeds and associated paperwork.
*Terminating non-performing agreements, followed by the preparation of relevant paperwork for litigation. Liaison with introducing brokers regarding termination of their deals and raising commission clawback paperwork where appropriate.

Hours: 9:00 - 5:30pm
