Adecco are delighted to be recruiting for a FT Permanent Receptionist and Administrator for a well established business within the Sheffield area to start immediately.

The successful candidate will ideally meet the following requirements:

- Answering the phone and directing calls in a professional and confident manner
- Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
- Greeting clients and visitors to the company
- Providing additional support services to managers
- Recording and sending post, ensuring correct postage rules are applied
- Monitoring the companies email accounts ensuring that emails are forwarded to the relevant employees
- Managing the stationary inventory and ordering new stock to avoid running out of essentials
- Specifically assigned management projects
- Generating forms and standard letters

Personal requirements:

- The ability to prioritise
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- The ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Possess a committed and positive attitude

This is a great opportunity working within a well established business to work Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm. Our client will be conducting interviews, week commencing 17th July with an immediate start.
