Adecco are recruiting for an Administrator/Receptionist on behalf of our client.

Location: Pencoed

Salary: £19-£22k dependant on experience

Approx. start date: Late February 2021

Duties include, but will not be limited to:

·  Managing the reception desk

·  Diary management

·  Delivering a high standard of communication, both verbally and written (calls/in person/email)

·  Filing paperwork

·  Taking minutes in meetings

·  Maintaining office services

·  Greeting visitors

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. They will be well presented and have excellent organisational and time management skills.

Previous experience in this role is desired, however not essential if you are eager to learn and grow within the business.
