Receptionist/ Administrator cover
Hourly rate- £8.00- £10
3-4 weeks temporary contract, potentionally longer
8am- 5pm with an hour lunch

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist with some Administration expereince to join a friendly, busy company in Innsworth. Our client is looking for a Receptionist to help with holiday cover and a peak in the business for 3 /4 weeks working 40 hours a week.

Duties of the role.

* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Answering incoming customer calls and directing to the relevant person and helping with any queries.
* General upkeep and maintenance of the reception desk.
* Collating and distributing post
* Organising and booking meeting rooms
* On top of this, general ad hoc admin tasks will be given, such as; filing, invoice sending, letter typing.
